Building Better Opportunities - Bridges.

Better Pathways BBO – Bridges project  is designed to support adults aged 25+ who live in Sandwell and have complex needs and multiple barriers.  The project provides individually tailored support to enable people to move closer to employment.

Better Pathways Bridges Project Workers base themselves in a number of different local community venues in Sandwell for the benefit of those who need this service.

They provide a wide-ranging activities and support for people using the Bridges Project, starting with a holistic assessment for each participant.  This assessment enables the Better Pathways team to work effectively with each individual to provide the right support, information, advice and guidance.

We don’t work in isolation but collaboratively with other local organisations for the benefit of Bridges Project participants .  Our Project Workers provide individually tailored and intensive support to each programme participant, helping them to use other services already available within the community and to identify and overcome barriers to work.

The BBO – Bridges Programme is designed to meet the criteria of the European Social Fund’s Investment Priority 1.4 – which aims to tackle the root causes of poverty and the barriers that prevent disadvantaged groups from entering the labour market
