Outing to Ennerdale Water in the Lake District
On Sunday morning I was not feeling my usual bouncy self so Mum and I went to Ennerdale Water in the Lake District – an absolute favourite of mine loads of lovely smells and water to splash around in. We set off and walked all the way around the lake, the sun was shining we had breakfast by the lake and I had a great time. Walking in the fresh air is great for your wellbeing why don’t you try it too?

Once you have gone on a walk I am sure you will all agree that you generally feel happier when the sun is shining and you get to spend more time outside. There are a range of benefits to getting fresh air; it can help you de-stress and improve your physical and mental wellbeing.
Regardless of the time of year, we should always take more advantage of the outdoors.
