Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised course, recommended by business in the community here in the UK.
It is designed to give an understanding of mental ill-health, how to spot the signs and symptoms and how to provide help on a first aid basis guiding someone towards professional support.
Alongwith developing mental health awareness, you will be taught a set of skills to offer guidance and support to someone experiencing a mental health related crisis.

Help someone who is experiencing a mental health related crisis
Encourage them to access support when it’s needed, for a faster recovery
Empower people with long term mental health issues to thrive at work
Build a supportive culture around mental health which will reduce sickness absence, staff turnover & stigma
