Peer Mentor Volunteer Role:

Service: Peer Mentor

Base: Better Pathways

Role Title: Peer Mentor Volunteer

 

Role Purpose:

You will engage with and support service users experiencing mental health issues and neurodiversity; developing service users’ understanding of recovery and using your own experience and insight into neurodiversity or recovery of mental health to motivate them. This is through therapeutic groups and interacting with service users on BAS when groups are not running or there is a lack of attendance through actively taking part or starting discussions on wellbeing.
